What to do with CSA this week

Sadly, because of some flooding issues, my farm has suspended vegetable deliveries. Boo hoo! But, luckily, fruit is still in the game. This week’s fruit delivery consists of two of my very favorite fruits to eat plain, so this will be a post quite lacking in ideas.

CSA, Week of June 19:

  • Apricots – Ripen in brown bags, and eat plain. Most likely over the sink, so I can easily wash my juice covered chin and hands.
  • Cherries – Eat plain, for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and dessert.

Here’s hoping Mother Nature is kinder to my farm this week!
