Kitchen Lab FAIL: Kombucha Tea

Remember my experiment to make my own home brewed Kombucha? Total failure. It started out ok, but then my Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeast disc (AKA SCOBY) got all gross and moldy. Boo. I think I looked inside too many times and introduced some SCOBY loving mold spores in there. Plus, hubs kept complaining about the sour smell. Maybe next time…
