Spicy Deviled Eggs

I love deviled eggs, every way. These have a nice zing and are perfect for brunch. You can use regular mustard or dijon in place of the vinegar and mustard powder. I just didn’t have any on hand.

Spicy Deviled Eggs

  • 8 boiled eggs, peeled
  • 3-5 T mayonnaise
  • 1 T apple cider vinegar
  • 1 T mustard powder
  • 1 t celery seeds
  • 1 t celery salt
  • 6+ dashes of Frank’s Red Hot

Cut the eggs in half lengthwise, and empty all the yolks into a mixing bowl. Add all other ingredients and mash together with a fork until smooth and well mixed. Scoop it back into the egg whites (about 1 heaped t per egg half).
