I make this when I want something that feels like a “treat” but is really a “healthy snack.”
Quick Strawberry Sorbet
- 1-2 C frozen strawberries
- 1/4 – 1/2 liquid, like milk or soymilk or coconut milk
Blend together in blender, adding just a little of the liquid at a time. You want it thick enough to eat with a spoon. If you get it too runny, you can drink it with a straw or let it set up in the freezer for a bit.
